The award-winning Boatyard Distillery produces high quality farm-to-bottle organic Spirits on the banks of Lough Erne in north west Ireland.

Each small batch Spirit is crafted from their signature Gin botanical, Sweet Gale, foraged from the family bog, while the wheat used for their Vodka can be traced from the bottle back to the very field it came from.

Boatyard Double Gin is an organically produced wheat Spirit, macerated for 18 hours with 8 different botanicals, including Sweet Gale.

Boatyard Old Tom Gin is the second product to be launched from The Boatyard Distillery and the first of its kind to be launched in Ireland.

Their Boatyard Vodka is carefully crafted from meticulously selected Irish wheat from some of the highest quality growers in Ireland.

All about Boatyard distillery

The award-winning Boatyard Distillery is a farm-to-bottle facility located on the banks of Lough Erne in north west Ireland. Boatyard sources only the best local organic ingredients for each of their products, emphasizing the terroir of the land at the forefront of each new Spirit.

Their signature Gin botanical, Sweet Gale, is foraged from the family bog, while the wheat used for their Vodka can be traced from the bottle back to the very field it came from.

Founded by Joe McGirr, former London Distillery Company COO, Boatyard is the first legal distillery in Fermanagh in over 130 years.

Each 200-bottle batch Boatyard Spirit takes three weeks to produce, from start to finish.
