Fair enough. One of those rules is that Bourbon is at least \u003cstrong\u003e51% \u003c\/strong\u003eCorn. The rest is usually a chefs-choice of rye, barley, and wheat. But… the good folks at Koval had their legal team pour over the fine print, and — \u003cem\u003esure enough \u003c\/em\u003e— it doesn’t \u003cstrong\u003eHAVE \u003c\/strong\u003eto be rye, barley, and wheat. As long as you have the corn part right, the rest can be any other grain. \u003cbr\u003e\r\n \u003cbr\u003e\r\nAnyway… \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eKoval \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003estarts with corn and then finishes off the mash bill with millet and the result is unlike any other Bourbon we’ve tasted so far with a fruit-forward character that compliments the sweetness of the corn.
