Pikesville Rye started as a brand of Whiskey from Maryland in 1895. After reemerging from the dark days of Prohibition, it restarted production and became the last remaining distillery in the region.

Heaven Hill acquired the brand and this regionally famous Rye Whiskey is now made in Kentucky. It is a real-deal straight Rye Whiskey at 55% ABV — cask strength.

Pikesville has won numerous awards, including a rare double gold in its category. The aroma has a crackling spice.
