Tres Hombres

Tres Hombres is a 32-meter schooner that uses a sustainable route for shipping exotic cargo between Europe, the Islands in the Atlantic, the Caribbean and America.

With a crew of seven professional sailors and eight trainees, Tres Hombres has a 35-ton cargo capacity, carrying organic, or traditionally crafted products– such as olive oil, coffee, Wine, and Rum - making them available to the world sustainably, using the power of wind.

Tres Hombres sails under the company Fairtransport, and ships Tres Hombres Caribbean Rum, Tres Hombres Chocolate and Tres Hombres Coffee.

Tres Hombres Rum is produced using traditional distillation methods, performed by various distilleries throughout the Canary Islands and the Caribbean. It is bottled by Oliver & Oliver Internacional. 

After distillation, the Rum is aged to peak maturity in oak barrels aboard the Tres Hombres Ship. This unique experience of ‘aging at sea’ adds a distinctive touch to the Rum.

Tres Hombres Rum is a collector’s item. Each year a certain amount of limited edition bottles are produced and shipped. Their impressive portfolio features Rums from the Caribbean to the Canaries.
