Annandale produit deux styles de whisky : un doux et un tourbé. Le whisky doux sera baptisé « L'Homme des Mots » , en hommage au célèbre poète écossais Robert Burns. Le whisky tourbé sera baptisé « L'Homme de l'Épée », en hommage au héros écossais Robert Bruce.

Ces versions ne sont pas encore disponibles à la vente, car elles sont encore en cours de vieillissement. Vous pouvez toutefois déguster leur nouvelle version, baptisée « Rascally Liquor », dans les deux styles. Comme on peut s'y attendre, les deux sont très jeunes et acidulés, l'un plus malté, l'autre plus tourbé. Leur spiritueux est également incorporé à leur whisky écossais signature, le Nation of Scots Blended Scotch Whisky .
