Nc’nean Quiet Rebels Amy: For the Planet, For Your Palate.

This release, helmed by Head of Sustainability Amy, is her dream bottling. It blends Nc'nean's classic casks with spirit finished in ex-Maury casks from an organic French vineyard. At 48.5% ABV, it offers notes of red currants and orange peel on the nose, followed by damson jam and lemon custard on the palate. Every certified organic, net-zero bottle is a moreish, creamy, and jammy delight.

Quiet Rebels Amy, today’s whisky, is named for the distillery’s Head of Sustainability and embodies her drive for eco-conscious, flavor-forward whisky. The blend includes spirit matured in ex-Maury red wine casks, sourced from an organic, biodynamic French vineyard, as well as STR red wine and bourbon barrels.
Expect notes of jammy red fruit, warm spice, vanilla, and orchard fruit—smooth, bright, and modern. Nc’nean distills using 100% renewable energy and bottles exclusively in recycled glass, proving that exceptional whisky and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand.
