Founded by Paul P. John, this distillery has become a standard-bearer for Indian single malt since its first releases in 2012. Paul John marries India’s deep cultural heritage with modern whisky-making, creating expressions that are now celebrated worldwide.
Brilliance is their unpeated star—a single malt made from Indian six-row barley sourced from Rajasthan, Haryana, and the Himalayan foothills, combined with pure Goan water. The whisky is aged in American oak, where the tropical Goan climate accelerates maturation, amplifying richness and depth.
In your glass, that translates to honeyed smoothness, notes of Demerara sugar, cinnamon spice, and cocoa, all wrapped in a creamy texture. Bottled at 46% ABV and non–chill filtered, Brilliance shines with a copper hue and a long, satisfying finish.
