Il est devenu le fleuron de la gamme Bourbon Sazerac. Leur mélange est sobre : maïs, seigle et orge maltée, sans ajout de blé. Il est vieilli 7 ans et titré à 45 % d'alcool . Tout cela garantit une saveur de bourbon savoureuse à chaque gorgée.

On y retrouve des notes de caramel au beurre, de caramel mou, d'ananas séché et de pain grillé à la cannelle . La finale est d'une longueur décente, avec des notes épicées et sucrées persistantes.
