It’s here that West Cork Distillers was founded in 2003 by three childhood friends—John O’Connell and cousins Ger and Denis McCarthy—two former fishermen and a food scientist.

Your whisky, Maritime Sherry Cask Finish Single Malt, starts its journey triple-distilled and aged in bourbon barrels. It is then finished in hand-picked sherry casks, which layer in rich notes of red fruits, plums, cherries, and soft spice. Bottled at 43% ABV and non–chill filtered, it offers a velvety texture and a sweet, gently spiced finish.
