Pedí un calendario el 18 de octubre, con mucho tiempo e ilusión para regalar antes de diciembre, hoy es día 2 de diciembre y todavía no me ha llegado y el servicio técnico ha dejado de contestar por correo.

A bit disappointing

I ordered several calendars, some of them as a gift, on October 31.
Now one would imagine that ordering something a month in advance is a reasonable time frame, especially given their "Guaranteed delivery by December 1".
3 weeks later, on November 20, I got an email that it's been shipped, and a tracking number. The tracking number didn't work, customer support said it's been changed, but didn't provide the current one, so I had no idea if it's coming or not and when to wait for it.
Today, December 2, it finally arrived. And it's in a beautiful box, very nice.
The problem I'm having is that advent calendar as a gift has much less value when December has already started.
So much for "We guarantee December 1 delivery for orders placed by November 13"..
Overall a bit disappointing, not what I expected from my 1st interaction with Flaviar.

Not delivered

The Advent calendar after December 1 no longer makes sense and is not interesting. I ordered it a month ago. Tomorrow I will have to urgently look for a new one. The mood is terrible and time is taken away. One star because the company answered the letter and promised to deliver (the question now is when).
