A delicate, slightly fruit-forward grain Vodka from Sweden.

In 1996, Peter Carlson was a Swedish exchange student studying French and Economics in France. As a research project, he partnered with some American students to study the burgeoning Vodka market. He founded Cariel Spirits in his native Stockholm the following year. He has managed the ups and downs of the markets to grow his company while building solid reputation for producing high-quality natural and flavored Vodkas under the Cariel and Aivy brands, among others.

As you might expect, Aivy Blue Triple Grain Vodka is made from three grains; barley, wheat, and rye. Master blender Peter Carlson applies his philosophy of melodies and harmonies while personally overseeing the composition of this Spirit. The result is a clean, slightly dry Vodka with a light rye spice on the nose and a bit of delicate fruit on the palate.

Smartass Corner:
Originally they intended to call this brand "Ivy." But the word was often mispronounced in their native Sweden. Thus, they spelled it "Aivy" assuring that it would be pronounced correctly ("eye-vee") and making the unique spelling eligible for a trademark.
