Akashi Sherry Cask Finish Japanese Blend Whisky was drawn from a single barrel. Barrel No. 61071, to be precise. This wonderfully unique Japanese Whisky was aged for 5 years in a Sherry cask. No wonder it developed such an intense fruity nose and a juicy palate, packed with vanilla, almonds, and dried fruits. The finish, on the other hand, is super delicate. This offering is non-colored and non-chill filtered, which means all its aromatic richness remains. Savor it neat or with a few drops of water.
