Blanton's Single Barrel Black Label Dumped 2019 Edition

A rare overseas single barrel release of Blanton’s signature wheated wonder Bourbon.

In the winter of 1881, Albert Bacon Blanton was born into one of the first families of Bourbon. At the age of sixteen, he started work in the Distillery as an office boy and fast became a leading pioneer in the development of Bourbon. They are famous for being the "original single barrel" Bourbon. Today, Blanton’s is a division of Sazerac Company — one of the largest privately held liquor companies in the world. They distill it in their Buffalo Trace Distillery, but make no mistake, Blanton’s is a unique, stand-alone brand with a focus on nothing but greatness.

Blanton’s Original Single Barrel is one of our favorite Bourbons. If you’ve had Blanton’s in the US, then this fine dram you’ve probably had. Blanton’s Single Barrel Black Label is normally available only in Japan. Blanton’s Single Barrel Black Label Dumped 2019 Edition was aged in the famous metal-sided Warehouse H for about eight years. Each bottle identifies the specific barrel and its "dump date" when it was bottled at 40% ABV.
