Founded by William T. Compston II in post-war 1950’s Boston, The Boston Bakers Whiskey brings together Irish heritage and Boston grit. With an Irish lineage dating back to the 1500’s, Compston was inspired by the neighbourhood bakeries that would serve the local communities as a “band of brothers” and the heritage of the Irish community that bonded over Irish Whiskey. The Boston Bakers Whiskey is essentially a nod to all the hard workers who came to the East Coast in the pursuit of happiness and were welcomed into the Irish community with a glass of fine Irish whiskey that made their friendship bonds unbreakable.

Every bottle of Boston Bakers Irish Whiskey is numbered and handcrafted, This is a blended Irish Whiskey that combines triple-distilled malted peat, single malted Whiskey from Imperial Stout oak casks, and single malted Whiskey from Sherry oak casks. The blend rests for 3 years in American Bourbon barrels. Weighing in at a decent 80 proof, this is an ultra-smooth yet complex Irish Whiskey that brings beautiful flavors of oak, caramel, orchard fruits, and a pleasant peppery warmth.
