1968 was pretty intense, but one precious moment happened: An Islay Whisky maker put prized juice to rest and let it mature till The Lion King came out 25 years later. Wm. Cadenhead launched The Authentic Collection in 1991, bottling rare and exquisite Whiskies from Scotland and Ireland. This sumptuous liquor became one of the most sought-after delicacies, and now it’s here, calling to you like an Islay siren.
