Situated in the Cotswolds of England, famous for its horticulture heritage and set in five acres of beautiful Cotswolds Countryside, this state-of-the-art distillery with a personal touch is perfectly poised for the creation of fine spirits.

One of the only fully operational Gin/Whisky Distilleries in the United Kingdom, and the first whisky made entirely in the Cotswolds, the distillery ethos embraces the Grain to Glass movement by hand-crafting in small batches using the finest local barley.

The grain-to-glass production emphasizes quality over cost at every step of the process, from floor malting to long fermentations to slow distillation in traditional Forsyth copper pot stills.

Aged in a blend of first fill ex-bourbon casks and repurposed wine barrels the whisky is blended and bottled on-site. Whilst the quantity may be limited, the quality is certain to impress over the years to come. It has already received high acclaim, putting the Cotswolds on the map of outstanding World Whiskies, including from our Members. Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky was one of the Top 5 Spirits in 2019 and one of the winners of 2020 Flaviar Awards.
