Based in the heart of Tallinn, Estonia, the Liviko distillery is rooted in more than 120 years of history. The precious skills and knowledge of Master Distillers Mahta and Elfride have been handed down from one generation of master craftsmen to the next. But instead of living in the past, these guys are really keeping their eyes on the future, using science-based technology to make fine Spirits. They still wink to the past here and there, though, naming their copper pot stills after their legendary Masters: Mamma Ilse, Mahta, and Elfride. The female power lives on strong there with Hanna Kaur in charge of their high-tech laboratory where she develops the recipes to perfection. They offer a wide range of Liqueurs, Vodkas, Rums, and Gins.

A brand of artisanal Gins, Crafter’s Gins are all about tuning in with the sound of Nordic nature. Adapting to the four seasons and sustainably sourcing the botanicals from the untouched wild forests and fertile land, their recipes also profit from what is most likely the cleanest air on the planet. And nothing goes to waste: the juniper berries used for their Gins are then re-used to make tasty Juni-Beers.

Crafter’s Aromatic Flower Gin was made for G&Ts: it literally turns from copper-gold to light pink when mixed with a tonic. It’s because of the natural rose hip flower pigments that are added to the recipe. This award-winning artisanal Gin is made with 12 aromatic botanicals including juniper, yuzu, meadowsweet, lavender, rose, chamomile, elderflower, fennel, orange, lemon, and coriander. Crisp, fresh, and spicy, it’s rich and flavorful a.k.a. it’ll have no problem standing up to your tonic.
