The Diplomático Mantuano, the remarkable outcome of a splendid rendezvous between different Rums, starts out with Venezuelan sugar cane, and a blend of molasses and sugar cane honey. It is distilled in column still, batch kettle still, and pot still systems, before gracefully maturing for a stretch of up to 8 years in the welcoming embrace of white oak casks that once housed Bourbon and Malt Whiskey.
