Sheep Dip's Gin brother.
Spencerfield Spirits Company is based in Spencerfield House, near the Firth of Forth. Set up by ex-marketing director of Glenmorangie Alex Nicol, the company is family based and proud of their heritage. Alex and his wife Jane are dedicated to bringing a range of Scottish bevrages to the market, including inventively named Sheep Dip Whisky, Pig’s Nose Whisky and Edinburgh Gin, amongst other expressions.
There is a lot more to Edinburgh Gin than just juniper and Scottish enthusiasm. The labelling alone is a homage to the long history of Gin with its art deco inspired design. While it holds fast to the traditional ingredients of Gin, it also mixes Scottish botanicals with heather and milk thistle to present a wonderfully herby expression. The juniper is of course present throughout, but is complemented with a whirl of floral and herbs delights.
