The Edinburgh Gin Distillery produces its signature Edinburgh Gin, along with a number of Gin-based flavoured Liqueurs, including elderflower, raspberry and rhubarb & ginger.

The signature Gin is made with Scottish Juniper, along with locally sourced heather and milk thistle. Pine adds a freshness both on the nose and the palate, and traditional Gin botanicals, including coriander and citrus peel, only add to the clean flavor.

The traditional botanicals are macerated with the Gin distillate before being reduced to bottling strength at 43%.
