El Dorado 25 Year Special Reserve Rum

Rum versus Cognac. We’d hate to be the judge in that battle. Especially when you have a prime specimen like El Dorado in the running. It’s a Rum that’s been coached by centuries old heritage and aged in one of the best climates ever. With a constant temperature between 30 and 34 Celsius and high humidity, this golden drop trains under the best conditions possible. Add some aging in wooden barrels and this Demerara Rum is a TKO.

Rums chosen for this commemorative limited expression were selected in 2011 by the late master distiller George Robinson. They were then married together for two years before bottling. An outstanding, complex Rum that gives plenty of pricy and old Cognacs a run for their money.
