El Libertad is a relatively young yet very ambitious brand that brings you high-quality fine Rums from the Dominican Republic.

El Libertad Flavor Of Darkness Dark Oak Spiced Rum Chapter III is part of their collection that’s supposed to tell different stories with its artful illustrations and hidden symbols. Each label is different but they’re all works by the French designer Maurin Armand who created Studio Zephyr. The third chapter of El Libertad is dedicated to the flavor of darkness. How does this translate into flavors? A blend of molasses Rums, this is a dark oak spiced Rum that spent 8 years in an ex-Bourbon cask. Bottled at 48.1% ABV, it greets with woody aromas and hints of coffee while the palate brings more dried fruit, plums, and walnuts flavors. This is definitely a story worth reading.
