Falco Gin

 A delightful Swiss Gin in a beautiful black bottle that delivers an exotic fruit-forward profile.

Maurice Richard Swiss Premium Spirits was founded in 2015 by three friends in Zurich. Like many such opportunities, they were making their way in the corporate world of technology and consulting by day and enjoying fine cocktails at night. Thus the germination of inspiration came upon them. Currently, they have produced Falco Gin and — as many small shops have done recently — converted a bit of their ethanol production to make Desinfax hand sanitizer. But we imagine there are more Spirits to follow.

The first thing you notice about Falco Gin is the strikingly beautiful bottle — all black glass with a richly-toned falcon peering out at you. It really is very lovely. And inside that artistic decanter you will find a hand-crafted Gin in the modern Swiss style. The Spirit is made in Switzerland’s famous Hallau Zimmerli Distillery just north of Zurich near the German border. The Gin has a fruit-forward profile. The ingredients are kept secret, but we know that it has juniper, cardamom, black pepper, orange zest, and mango… yes, we said mango.
