Grand Kadoo 8 Year Old Caribbean Rum is a blend of pot and column still Rums that were tropically aged for at least 8 years in American oak ex-Whiskey barrels. The heat helps get the most out of aging, which means it would actually take much longer to get the same results somewhere colder. The results in question? Beautiful aromas of burnt orange, toffee pudding and cinnamon that melt into flavors of anise, bitter orange peel, coffee and dark chocolate with a bitter coco, walnut, cinnamon and sea salt finish.
