In 2014, local Icelandic artist Óskar Ericsson decided to create a Gin that reflected the natural botanicals and environment of his home country… something that we could take with him on his fishing trips and into the Icelandic wilderness. To this day he still collects all the local botanicals himself — by hand — during the summer months along the riverbanks where he walks. He infuses his compound Gin and then hand-numbers each bottle of his limited production.

Himbrimi Winterbird London Dry Gin is a very special London Dry Gin that’s slowly distilled with wild Icelandic botanicals, including wild arctic thyme and angelica flowers. The distilling process uses geothermal water and the result is a super smooth Gin. Bring out your crispest tonic and blow your own mind with a superb G&T or make your fav Gin-forward cocktail. BTW, 5% of the revenue will be donated for nature conservation in Iceland. (We want those wild botanicals thriving for a very long time!)
