A warming and refreshing cross between hard Cider and Ginger Liqueur.

Philip Jenzer goes by the nickname "Peppe." We have no idea why, but there you have it. Anyway, he was a sailing instructor on the frigid lakes and rivers of Switzerland and he mixed up private batches of a special Liqueur to warm up afterward. He met up with business manager Simon Borchardt in 2016 and they developed that concoction into Ingwerer Ginger Liqueur and created The Peppe Group company to bring it to market.

Ingwerer Ginger Liqueur is a delicious treat that tastes both cool and warm at the same time. It’s made from traditional Swiss Apple Brandy infused with natural organic ginger root and a host of secret spices. Then it’s sweetened with apple juice and sugars and bottled at 24% ABV. All the apples are cooling and the ginger and other spices are warming. It’s interesting to taste both at the same time and makes Ingwerer a great tipple indeed.
