Jagermeister is very syrupy sweet, with a strong taste of Coca Cola, caramel, herbs, and especially licorice/anise. The flavour of the star anise is very forward. This is an amazing mixer with Cola's and many other cocktails. I highly suggest you try some of them such as the "Mastermix" or the "Jager Cafe Cocktail".
