The Canadian American.
Founded in 1997, Trey Zoeller began his search for different approaches of producing and ageing Whiskey, and taking it to a whole new level with the help of his father Chet, a renowned Bourbon historian. The concern for innovation with a sense of tradition has brought them a long way and we couldn’t say no to their Rye Whiskey, so we selected it as the Rye representative among the five grains in our Singin’ in the Grain edition.
Jefferson's 10 Year Old Straight Rye Whiskey bears the name and the silhouette of the 3rd American president, Thomas Jefferson. This bottle could easily be all American Bourbon, but it contains a 100% Canadian Rye Whiskey. Aged for 10 years, this straight Rye had luckily found its way straight from the cask into a bottle instead of being blended with various different Canadian Whiskeys.

Long and distinctive with a glimpse of everything that we felt before.
