The first distillery in Taiwan has been conjuring magical Spirits since 2006, consulting the traditional craftsmanship and playing with cutting-edge technology.

This ritzy expression from their Solist series was matured in casks that once held Pedro Ximenez Sherry. It was bottled in June 2016 at 56.3%, and it comes with a golden hue, a lovely grassy and citrusy bouquet, and a lush, fruity palate. Rich, smooth, deep, and incredibly collectible.
