A fine Irish Spirit that wins you over with its delicate and subtly sweet balance.

John and James McConnell built the business in Belfast in 1776. That was such a long time ago, Irish Whisky didn’t even have an “E” in it yet! Anyway, McConnel’s Irish Whiskey was a very successful brand for over 150 years until a bunch of unfortunate events, including the American Prohibition and a warehouse fire in Belfast, temporarily put a halt to their ways. Today, the team at Belfast Distillery Company is restoring the legend (Still without that “E”, though, to honor the good ol’ days.) You could say they’re back in Spirits…

McConnell's Irish Whisky is a fine blend of Irish malt and grain Whiskies that have been aged for 5 years in hand-picked Bourbon casks. This Irish excellence in a bottle is the perfect blend of malted barley and grain. It’s delicate and subtly sweet with deep, oaky, and woody flavors that finish in light char, spice, and lingering ripe fruits.
