A sustainable-made Gin with a savory sage twist.

There’s not many things people actually can’t live without, but water is usually high on that list. Jokes aside, in 1998, Duncan Goose got to experience this first-hand when he was caught in a hurricane in Honduras and saw what it meant not to have access to safe drinking water. So, what did Goose do? He quit his job, sold his flat, and launched the ethical bottled water brand – One Water – with the profits funding the provision of drinking water in developing communities. That’s a doer, right there.

Launched on World Water Day 2017, One Gin is a Gin with a humanitarian cause, donating at least 10% of their profits to the provision of clean and safe drinking water around the world. Plus, it’s also absolutely delicious.

One Gin Classic is a London Dry Gin that’s made with 9 classic botanicals and adds one more unusual ingredient - sage. The sage comes from the grounds surrounding the distillery, and gives the final result a unique savory twist that complements the classic angelica root, nutmeg, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander, and juniper. And the final surprise: once you finish this tasty Gin, remove the label and you’ll see an engraving of the word “Water”. Voila, you’ve got yourself a new carafe for your dinner table!
