The most famous Limoncello Liqueur delivers a joyous taste of the central Italian coast.

Civitella del Tronto is a quaint town in central Italy. Niccola Pallini was born into poverty there and started work at the age of six, tending sheep. He taught himself to read and write and took to trading clothing, coal, and chestnuts. By 1875 he was a successful businessman with his trading business, a bank, and a general store. It was in the basement of that store that he started aging and mixing Wines and Spirits that would become the mainstay of the family business. The Pallini Family has become synonymous with rare, boutique, and high-quality Spirits.

Limoncello is one of our favorite classic Italian Liqueurs and Pallini Limoncello is the gold standard. The base Spirit is natural Italian sugar-beet molasses fermented and distilled. The Spirit is infused with only Amalfi-grown lemon zests, sweetened with sugar-beet syrup, and enhanced with lemon oil. It is a delightful romp of Italian culture and tradition that is simply brilliant taken neat, on the rocks, or as the secret ingredient that elevates your Whiskey Sour or Lemon-drop Martini.

Smartass Corner:
Some of the best Spirits in the world were invented in Italy — from what we now call Gin/Jenever to Amari, Vermouth, Fernet, Grappa, Amaretto, Campari, Sambuca, Limoncello, and more have been born in the fertile hills of the blessed land.
