Peddlers Barrel Aged Gin is their award-winning Craft Gin, a unique blend of East and West, aged. Peddlers Craft Gin is a result of a 5-year process of hunting this Earth’s best ingredients and combining them meticulously to find the perfect balance between the tastes of the West and expressions of the East. This earthy Gin, filled with rare botanicals such as Budha’s hand and Sichuan pepper, is then aged for three months in French oak barrels of ex-Napa Valley Pinot Noir. The aging process adds some earthy tones to the flavor profile of the Craft Gin, giving us a delicious combination of Western and Eastern knowledge about Spirits.
