Crafted from a proprietary four-grain mash bill and bottled straight from the cask, Penelope Barrel Strength Batch #18 delivers the ultimate expression of the distillery's signature profile without a single drop of dilution. Non-chill filtered and bottled at a bold 114 proof, this limited release balances the sweet richness of corn and the soft warmth of wheat with a distinct, peppery rye finish. It’s a beautifully complex, full-bodied bourbon that commands attention whether enjoyed neat or over a single block of ice.
Deep amber
An inviting burst of sweet maple syrup, toasted brown sugar, and rich vanilla bean, balanced by subtle hints of orange zest, charred oak, and a light herbal rye spice.
Bold and full-bodied on the palate. A creamy wave of caramel, marshmallow, and sweet corn gives way to robust notes of baking spices, dark fruit, and savory toasted wheat.
