Rooster & Wolf is a brand that offers fine pot-distilled Brandy the way it’s supposed to be. In cooperation with the 4th generation of a French master distiller family, they selected the best Ugni Blanc grapes in France to make the finest Wine for their Brandy. Then, it was time for ‘alembic charentais’ a.k.a. copper pot stills. During aging in new and old oak barrels made from the Limousin and Tronçais wood, the clear Spirit transforms into hues of yellow, red, brown, and golden. Plus, there’s the fantastic flavor the wood imparts. Finally, they mixed spirits from several barrels and various ages to create the exclusive Rooster & Wolf fine brandy.

Blending barrels of various ages, Rooster and Wolf Fine Brandy is intense yet smooth. It greets you with zesty and vibrant aromas with bright mandarin and creamy oak that develop into more mature flavors of dried fruit, sultanas, nutmeg, ginger, prunes, and licorice. There are many ways you can savor this one: neat, on the rocks, with a few drops of water, in a cocktail… Whatever way you like, really.
