There’s an old saying that membership has its privileges, but in our world, those privileges are measured in proofs, mash bills, and finishing casks. The Flaviar Inner Circle brings together three spirits that define our DNA: bold, unconventional, and unapologetically high-quality.

We start the meeting with Hercules Mulligan Eyr & Rye. Named after the tailor-turned-spy who saved George Washington’s life, this isn't your standard whiskey. It’s a "Rum & Rye" blend that defies categorization by marrying Irish Whiskey and American Rye with a touch of cherry bitters and fresh ginger. We’ve created a ready-to-sip libation that captures the spirit of the Revolution. It’s spicy, slightly sweet, and dangerously smooth—the ultimate "bespoke" spirit for the modern rebel.

Next, we head to the rugged coastlines with Son of a Peat Batch 02. This is our love letter to the peat-heads and smoke-seekers. Batch 02 is a masterful blend of eight single malts from Islay, Speyside, the Islands, and the Highlands. We didn’t play it safe here. Expect a heavy hit of peat smoke balanced by salted caramel and dried fruits. It’s unfiltered, un-colored, and un-apologetic. If you like your Scotch with a bit of grit and a lot of character, this is your new best friend.

Finally, we salute the flag with Corn Trooper United Craft Bourbon. Most Bourbons tell the story of a single distillery, but Corn Trooper tells the story of an entire nation. We sourced seven straight Bourbons from seven different states—stretching from the heart of Kentucky to the high plains of Washington—and blended them into one "United Craft" masterpiece. At 101 proof, it’s a high-octane journey through maple syrup, toasted oak, and spicy cinnamon.

• Spy Games: Hercules Mulligan was a real person. A close friend of Alexander Hamilton, he used his tailoring business to gather intelligence from British officers during the Revolutionary War. Our spirit is a tribute to his undercover bravery.

• The "Eyr" in the Room: The "Eyr" in Eyr & Rye refers to Éire (Ireland). It’s a nod to the blend of Irish Whiskey and American Rye, symbolizing the immigrant spirits that built the foundations of modern distilling.

• Cloudy with a Chance of Flavor: Son of a Peat Batch 02 is non-chill filtered. This means we left all the fatty acids and esters in the liquid. It might get a bit cloudy if you add ice, but that’s just the flavor refusing to leave the party.

• The Magnificent Seven: Corn Trooper features Bourbons from NY, WA, CO, TX, KY, MI, and SC. Each state’s unique climate and grain profile contributes to the final complexity. Think of it as the "Avengers" of the Bourbon world.

• Why 101 Proof? Because 100 proof felt a bit too "by the book." That extra 0.5% provides just enough kick to keep your palate on its toes without burning your eyebrows off.
