Chapter 7: A Whisky Odyssey
Meet the Chapter 7 Monologue 28 Year Old Tobermory 1994, a single-cask marvel from the Isle of Mull. Distilled in July 1994 and bottled in October 2022, this whisky spent 28 years in a refill American oak cask, resulting in a mere 253 bottles. At cask strength, it boasts a rustic nose of fresh baguette and sweet honey, a rich palate of barley sweetness and Turkish Delight, and a long, waxy finish with peppery spice. It's a whisky that whispers tales of time and tradition.
