A monologue never to be repeated.

Chapter 7, a highly unique independent bottler, likes to spin tales with every pour of their Whisky. Drawing inspiration from Shakespeare's Seven Ages of Man, they named their venture after the soliloquy that explains how a man evolves through different phases of his life — much like how Whisky ages and transforms as it matures. With each cask they discover, Chapter 7 unlocks a unique story of wood, age, temperature, and location, expertly curating them into a masterpiece. Every edition marks a fresh chapter in their passion project that is fueled by their insatiable curiosity.

Their Monologue series features one single cask. That means one tale, never to be retold. The shining protagonist of this chapter is the brilliant Ben Nevis Single Malt. With a colorful history dating all the way back to 1825 and once owned by the infamous Joseph Hobbs during Prohibition, Ben Nevis is the stuff of legends. Distilled in 2013 and matured for eight years in a single Bourbon barrel, this Highlander boasts a rich palate brimming with creamy porridge, pear skin, and vanilla notes. Only 267 bottles are made available, and once they sell out, the curtain falls for good!
