A delicate and delicious light Vermouth meticulously crafted by a cocktail expert.

It’s not fair to say that Giancarlo Mancino "was" a bartender. At his core, he still is one. But it is fair to say that it was the experience tending bar in Piedmont, Italy — learning the craft and performance of great cocktail making — that inspired him to learn all he could about the ingredients. He became an expert by any measure. And in 2011 he started crafting his own Vermouths to make better cocktails. Now, his line of five exceptional, award-winning Mancino Vermouths, Rinomato Aperativo, and specialized glassware designs are available worldwide.

Most people are accustomed to just two types of Vermouth — Sweet Red and Dry White. But the real world of Vermouth is far more layered and nuanced. All of Mancino’s Vermouths are exceptional, but Mancino Bianco Ambrato Vermouth just might be our favorite because he had the Vesper Martini in mind when he made it. This carefully crafted Spirit is built upon the delicate Italian Wine Trebbiano di Romagna that has been gently fortified and infused with thirty-seven botanicals — including elderflower, gentian, mint, ginger, chamomile, orange zest, angelica, cardamom, and Italian pink grapefruit zest.

Smartass Corner:
Kina Lillet was an herbal and floral fortified Wine that was used in the original Vesper Martini. But it is no longer available. Mancino Bianco and Lillet Blanc are common replacements approaching the original profile.
