Braueri Locher has been a Beer brewery for longer than the hills have been alive with the sound of music. But one day they realized that they had the tools and they had the talent and the good people of Switzerland needed a local dram. So they set to distilling their Säntis Malt Blended Malt Whiskies. Turns out that those Swiss are pretty good at it too. They’ve developed a wide range of Spirits on this malt base.

If you think about it, since there are natural apricot notes in the Spirit, flavoring a malt-based Whisky with apricot makes sense. Säntis Malt Apricot Malt Liqueur is built upon their famous Swiss Säntis Malt Whisky aged in beer casks. They add pure cane sugar and infuse natural apricot flavors to develop a luscious, full flavor and mouth-feel. The Liqueur is bottled at 35% ABV and shines as a delicious aperitif.
